Experience in water retention structures is a plus. Determine and provide expansion and construction joint locations as needed.
- Review geotechnical reports for soil bearing capacities and groundwater buoyancy issues and design and detail aquatic structures per geotechnical recommendations.
- Assist the architect in resolving construction coordination issues related to structural components.
- Ensure compliance with local and state building codes and standards.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and verify structural feasibility as needed.
