Hi, I'm Adam!

Adam Wellnitz brings over two decades of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, Six Sigma leadership, and quality assurance to his role as Project Manager at WTI. With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Adam has led cross-functional teams and large-scale process improvement initiatives across the defense, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.

His background includes managing supplier networks, overseeing rework campaigns, and driving quality performance for organizations such as Oshkosh Defense, Plexus Corporation, and Spuncast Inc. Adam is proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor 3D, and has a strong foundation in project documentation and operational strategy.

Now based in Beaver Dam, Adam is excited to join WTI and contribute to the world of aquatics. He values collaboration, continuous improvement, and is passionate about working for a local company with a global impact.
