Hi, I'm Kelsey

Kelsey joined WTI in 2022, bringing her strong communication and organizational skills to the WTI and Neuman Group teams as a Project Administrator. A Beaver Dam native and UW La Crosse graduate, she quickly became known for her attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex project workflows. After three years supporting our production team and ensuring smooth administrative operations, Kelsey transitioned to WTI’s Business Development team in 2025. In her new role, she applies her administrative expertise to support sales initiatives and represent the company at industry events, building relationships and contributing to the firm’s continued growth. Her dedication and positive attitude uplift those around her, and her daily contributions make a tremendous difference to our organization.
