Innovators. Engineers. Leaders in Aquatic Design.
Hi, I'm Lindsay!
Lindsay Shearman joined WTI in Fall of 2025 as a key addition to our Business Development Team, bringing in over a decade of experience in team management, business transformation, and operational leadership within service-based industries. Lindsay is recognized for her strategic vision and dynamic leadership, having successfully scaled operations and driven innovation in previous roles.
Most recently, Lindsay served as Trainer and Business Manager at Knollwood Farm, one of the nation’s largest American Saddlebred training programs. There, she oversaw business operations—including accounting, marketing, office management, supply chain, and personnel development—while also leading the transition to a subscription-based model. Her efforts resulted in a 15% increase in customer growth, a 70% retention rate, and $80K in annual savings through process improvements.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Kentucky (Magna Cum Laude) and a study abroad year at the University of Sydney, where she focused on storytelling and cultural studies.
She is known for her creative problem-solving, ambitious goal-setting, and collaborative approach to project planning and client service, all of which will directly support her contributions as Business Development Specialist at WTI.
At WTI, Lindsay will lead strategic growth initiatives, coordinate entertainment and public proposals, and energize our business development efforts. She will play a key role in building client relationships, refining Statements of Qualifications, and representing WTI at major industry events.
