Mike Blaylock joined WTI in 2023 as a Contract Director with a wealth of knowledge and experience in contract and project delivery. Blaylock is a highly experienced and dynamic professional with a diverse career history spanning multiple roles within the entertainment industry such as Senior Client, PMC, and Lead Consultant predominantly in the Middle East. In total, Mike has over 25 years of experience in multiple leisure and mixed-use developments.

In his multi-decade career, Mike has worked with many key UAE developers during a time of rapid growth and development in the Middle East. Mike has successfully led many iconic regional entertainment developments that are in place today.

Blaylock is a highly experienced leader with the ability to transform projects of varying values from pre-concept to full design, procurement, construction, and ultimate delivery. His organization and leadership help to drive a project team forward while meeting stringent deadlines and maintaining strong fiscal control and rigorous contract administration for successful projects delivered on time and within budget. His experience working in diverse multi-disciplinary teams in the Middle East has resulted in excellent communication skills within multi-cultural environments. Mike is responsible for leading contract development and agreements between partners within the Middle East region and will play a vital role in strengthening the growth of this important market segment.
