Hi, I'm Vicki!

Vicki Hafenstein is an accomplished public relations and communications leader with over 15 years of experience in global brand management, strategic planning, and executive communications. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Vicki brings a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of building brands, driving results, and forging meaningful connections with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. 

Prior to joining WTI, Vicki led PR and external communications for a global manufacturing and development company where she managed high-impact campaigns, influencer partnerships, executive speechwriting, and event planning across hospitality, luxury, energy, and corporate divisions. Her work included overseeing global agency teams, producing award-winning sustainability and stewardship stories, and directing PR for major product launches and industry events. Vicki’s expertise spans B2B and B2C communications, media relations, and content creation for digital platforms, including social media and websites. 

As Brand & Communications Manager at WTI, Vicki oversees brand consistency across all business groups, plans and launches branding strategies and marketing campaigns, and leads the development of marketing collateral. She manages content creation for digital platforms, coordinates tradeshow and symposium events, and represents WTI at industry events to support lead generation and brand visibility. Vicki thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where attention to detail and creative leadership are essential. She is a true value-add to the WTI Team!
