West Gwinnett County Park & Aquatic Center
WTI teamed up with a local architect in the design of the new indoor and outdoor aquatic center that opened with a variety of amenities in 2008. The unique facility offers an indoor competition pool with starting blocks and an instructional lap pool. The two-story building features spectator seating for 750 people on the upper floor, as well as restrooms, offices and locker rooms on the lower level. The outdoor leisure pool includes zero depth entry, a water play structure with a dumping bucket, a lazy river, two giant body slides and various interactive play features. The park also has lighted multi-purpose fields and a 1/4-mile lighted walking track. WTI was proud to be involved with this innovative facility that truly serves every patron in Gwinnett County.
