The South Suburban Parks and Recreation District's $11.65 million facility, the Douglas H. Buck Community Recreation Center, celebrated its grand opening in 2005. In addition to the aquatic amenities, the Douglas H. Buck Community Recreation Center offers a gymnasium, fitness studio, running track, free weights, circuit equipment, cardiovascular equipment and numerous classes and activities. Additionally, South Suburban offers corporate memberships designed to help local businesses provide recreation benefits to employees. WTI was proud to provide aquatic design and engineering services to the architect and community of Littleton, Colorado.

Project Highlights
  • In 1959, citizens in Littleton and southern areas of the Denver metro area voted to create the South Suburban Park and Recreation District, which now operates numerous parks and recreation facilities in Colorado.
